Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Sparth is a delivery platform for wedding videographers. This policy explains what data we collect, who can see a wedding page, and how guest uploads are handled. The short version: studios own their media, guests never create accounts, and pages are unlisted by default.
What we collect
Studio account details: your studio name, contact information, and the branding assets you upload for page headers.
Wedding content you publish: films, itineraries, photos, and the text couples and guests add to a page.
Basic technical logs (IP address, browser type) needed to serve pages securely and diagnose faults.
Guests are not tracked
Guests never create accounts, so we do not collect names, emails, or phone numbers from them. A guest who uploads a photo or writes a wish does so without logging in.
We do not run advertising trackers on wedding pages, and we do not sell or share page data with third parties for marketing.
Who can see a wedding page
Pages are unlisted: they are not indexed by search engines and do not appear in any public directory. Only people who hold the link can open a page.
For high-profile weddings, studios can add a passcode so the page opens only for guests who have it.
Guest upload moderation
Guest photos and wishes pass through the studio approval gate before they appear on a page. Nothing goes live unchecked.
Deletion and ownership
Studios and their clients hold 100% ownership and copyright of all media. Everything on a page can be downloaded in full quality at any time.
When a studio deletes a page, it goes offline immediately and is permanently deleted, including all stored media, within 7 days.
Security
Media is processed and served on secured Cloudflare infrastructure. Every page runs over HTTPS, and the studio dashboard sits behind proper authentication.
