Terms of Service

You and your clients retain 100% ownership and copyright of every film, photo, and text you publish on a page. We store and serve it on your behalf; we never claim a licence over it beyond what is needed to host and deliver the page.

You confirm you have the rights to publish the media you upload, and that the couple featured has consented to the page being shared with their guests.

Do not use Sparth to publish content that is unlawful, or that features identifiable people who have not consented.

Each package carries a fixed live duration measured from the day the page goes live: 3 months on Premiere, 6 months on Signature, and 12 months on Heirloom.

As a page nears its end, you and the couple receive a heads-up with one-click downloads. Extensions can be purchased in a couple of clicks.

Pricing is per wedding, one flat charge per page, with no subscription and no setup fee. Founding-studio rates are locked at onboarding.

You can edit, unpublish, or permanently delete a page at any time from the studio dashboard. Changes publish in minutes; deletion is immediate and permanent within 7 days.

We serve pages over secured Cloudflare infrastructure and work to keep them online continuously. If a fault ever interrupts a live page, we will restore it or provide full-quality downloads of everything stored.
